It is this that we have one with another wherein bonds are built and information is exchanged.

MEA will act as the parent organization and provide covering as a governing body; fathering and guidance to members.  MEA will provide ministerial, ordination and ecclesiastical covering for those in need of such.

NETWORKING

Great ideas are birthed out of networking.  MEA is geared toward providing opportunities for brethren in the Gospel to reach one another and form new friendships.

BOOK/RECORD KEEPING INSTRUCTION

We will assist you in developing a record keeping process and operating in compliance with IRS guidelines.

LEGAL KNOWLEDGE

We will assist you in acquiring your 501c(3) or locating an attorney who is familiar with your specific legal issues.

ACCOUNTABILITY

We will operate as a conscientious voice to hold you responsible for maintaining your vision through proper implementation of ecclesiastical oversight.

ORGANIZATIONAL INSTRUCTION

Every ministry must have structure which is obtained through critical thinking.  This process will define the need for positions and the mapping of their respective responsibilities.

INFLUNCE IN MINISTRY

Ministry influence - If you lose your influence you lose your ministry!  MEA will aide you in raising your influence level to impact your community.

INSTRUCTION BUSINESS

MEA understands that there is a business aspect to ministry and uninformed Ministries will pay a hefty cost.  Therefore, we will assist every ministry in developing a business plan for their church and community.

LICENSING AND OPERATION OF MINISTERIAL ACCREDITATION

MEA will provide the proper documentation for qualified applicants.

EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT/LEADERSHIP TRAINING

MEA understands that with the changing climates of our society the need for qualified Pastors and Ministers can not be overstated.  Therefore, we will provide direction and opportunity for college degrees and seminar training.
